These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between vs55 ("Platform", "we", "our") and any person who visits or uses this website ("User", "you", "your"). By accessing, registering on, or using the services of this website, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Section 02 Account Registration & Eligibility

• There is no personal legal restriction preventing you from conducting online betting activities in the country where you are located.
• No information you have provided on the Platform is false, misleading, or incomplete.
• You do not have any previously suspended or closed accounts on this Platform.

One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity document is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this rule, all accounts will be closed immediately and all bonuses will be forfeited.

Accuracy of Registration Information

The name, phone number, and payment details provided at registration must be completely truthful and accurate. During the verification process, vs55 may request additional information at any time to confirm your identity.

Section 03 Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. It is your duty to keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.

• If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
• Transferring the account for another person's use is strictly prohibited.

Section 04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

vs55 processes financial transactions through the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

Accepted Payment Methods

Only the following methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (the same for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing: Generally completed within 1 hour after a successful request.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed.

Fund Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, vs55 may verify account ownership. The Platform reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if satisfactory information about the source of funds cannot be provided.

Section 05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit.

• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after placing ৳10,000 in bets.
• Some games may be partially or fully excluded from wagering calculations — check the promotions page for specific details.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.

General Terms for Promotional Offers

• A specific promotion applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — meeting the wagering requirement is mandatory.
• vs55 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any winnings earned from it if fraudulent activity is detected.
• Benefits in the VIP program vary by tier — weekly cashback is provided at every level from Bronze to Diamond.

Section 06 Betting Rules

Compliance with the following rules is mandatory when conducting betting activities on vs55.

Bet Validity

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• vs55 reserves the right to correct any bet that has been settled incorrectly due to a technical error.
• In the case of incomplete or delayed events, bet settlement will follow specific rules.

Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various markets in cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The types of markets and their rules will be detailed on each event's page.

Live Casino & Slots

Betting limits for live casino and slot games will be displayed in the respective game interface. The nature and features of each game are governed by the rules of the specific provider.

Section 07 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on vs55 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Placing artificial or systematic bets for the purpose of fulfilling bonus requirements ("bonus abuse").
• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts in the normal operation of an account.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to hack or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the Platform.

Section 08 Account Suspension & Closure

vs55 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any circumstances, without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• If account information is found to be false.
• As required by law or by the direction of a regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact [email protected]. If there is a valid balance, the withdrawal process will be completed before closure.

Section 09 Limitation of Liability

vs55 always strives to provide a safe, reliable, and uninterrupted service. However, the Platform's liability is limited in the following matters:

• Losses caused by loss of internet connection, power outages, or issues with the user's own device.
• Delays or losses caused by the failure of third-party technology or payment gateways.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or by sharing account credentials with others.

Under no circumstances will vs55's total liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
